Ozanam House Cancer Patient Accommodation
The Ozanam House Trust was established to provide homely accommodation for out of town cancer patients and their caregiver while undergoing radiotherapy treatment at the Regional Cancer Treatment Service, Palmerston North Hospital. Many patients travelling from throughout the lower North Island are treated on an out-patient basis and need accommodation for anything from one day to eight weeks. Being able to stay somewhere with a partner, close friend or relative can make a real difference in that time – and that’s what Ozanam House makes possible
